3 hours. Anything longer than that, I'm flying.
Any drive less than 7 hours is 1,000% better than flying. 8+ hours & maybe it's worth it.
Even with no delays (rare) the drive to/from airport, parking, security, checking bags, boarding, taxing, etc is going to eat up 4+ hours on top of however long you're in the air.
Might as well pay less, not have to rent a car or Uber, bring anything you want, & spend that time in your own space with more control over the journey.
Things have finally stabilized a bit over here. I have to get back to going to conferences and networking events.
