If you want to win BIG on memes this cycle this clip is a MUST WATCH @jackduval cooking on how the MMs work on different chains
Pump ceilings are fried because the market makers won’t take a loss “Pump MM allegedly crimed $PENGUIN to $200M then raped it to zero. No bounce, no range, no second run. White Whale said they operate delta neutral, meaning they don’t take a loss. The second volume isn’t there they get out, and the chart goes to zero. $Punch did the same at $50M. $Jimothy, solana:CTPoyCwkjMvoJwU4xvZZqoD8tiYk6yDchySiN5gGpump, solana:FZqdw6oSDCbHtKYxmhnfbi97SnyVy8jaYpdCoMrrjKa2 . Only up, only down. People are scared to hold overnight, so they stack the rally and nobody wants to be last in.” “BNB is the opposite. marscoin-4:native went zero to Alpha, ranged, futures, ranged, spot, ranged. Easiest hold onchain. You’ll never get that on Pump. Stonk's MM is a slow grind, but only after they have the floor. Pump paints an only-up chart to draw FOMO, then sends it straight to zero.”

we'll see the rise in idolization of characters that win lotteries. there will be thousands of Kimchis all being clipped to promote a new way to gamble. click some buttons and win forever. but there is no winning forever. there's always more and the more you make, the more you can now lose. think of how many people in this space are defined by how much they once had. count no man happy until he's dead. as the season of spawning life changing wealth on our computers continues, i suggest you think seriously about what you'll do if you make a lot. what will you actually do with your days? if you can't answer that, it's easy to find another trade while you figure it out. then another. eventually either the number changes or you go bust. if you want to trade forever, stop trading like you need to make it all tonight. if your goal is to hit a number and fuck off, you'll probably never leave.

Pumpfun is the biggest company in the trenches: $2B+ in cash, $4.4B valuation, the most dominant platform onchain this cycle but their entire product strategy since creating bonding curves is copying whatever works somewhere else. axiom → pump acquired padre, rebranded it to "terminal" fomo → pump added social features onto their app and started poaching KOLs stonk built the memecoin-paired-with-stocks launchpad (after it was already on BNB & RH first) → pump just launched the same thing every single product expansion has been a reaction, not an innovation. someone else builds it, proves the market, and pump copies it with more resources and it's not that it doesn't work: padre went from 2% to 10% market share after the acquisition they have infinite resources, but if you want to win, you need to innovate pumpfun launched the bonding curve launchpad, that was genuinely innovative and the reason is at $4.4B valuation. everything since has been "someone else proved this works, let's copy it" with $2B in cash and the best team in crypto, they could be building things nobody's seen before. instead they're building things everyone's already seen, just with a bigger budget, killing indie teams dreams, making enemies with every other player in the game the trenches need pump to innovate because when the biggest player only copies, the entire space moves slower the incentive for small teams to build something new gets killed when they know pump will just replicate it the moment it works. why would you build the next fomo if you know pump will copy it in 3 months and outspend you? this isn't hate, pump is the most important company in the trenches. that's exactly why it matters. when you're the biggest, copying isn't a strategy: it's a ceiling. for you and for everyone else the trenches deserve better than the same product with a different logo every quarter (attached chart of the release of memestocks update, which made the chart go down because it was first on BNB, then Robinhood, then Stonks, then Base and pumpfun is the slowest to move)

Life-changing wisdom from Jez on position sizing, portfolio strategy, and recovering from major drawdowns. Really improved my ability to size up on high conviction trades and avoid low EV marginal spots.
the biggest trading learning i got from picking up poker was my vpip/burn rate was too high (it still is) i played too many hands, i bet too often and too much in marginal spots. i leverage traded eth on a coin flip. see the parallel. i think part of what pains me with daily runners/kols is i see a lot of marginal spots being taken/peddled remove as many marginal spots as you can from your trading and bet the house on what you have rightfully placed conviction in

oversizing simply #1 biggest leak in everyone’s game by far this comes from scarcity mindset because good coins are so rare and you don’t know if you’ll be in this spot again but the reality is in a shrinking, rotational game new coins are always the biggest threat to old(er) coins so next time you’re thinking of going all in… make sure you have a plan, because otherwise you’ll end up selling bottoms everytime why? because the only reason you’re selling is to chase something else with higher r/r but remember that’s also what everyone else is doing the only way to hit X’s on a coin in this market is to outperform the rest of the orderbook there is NOT a lot of dumb money left think about how many lucky breaks you’ve hit to still be here why is this important? if you oversize, you are providing X’s to smart money, they hit their win conditions and move on tldr: calm it down the other thing that works well is preparing for a trade. almost all my biggest plays recently involved lots of research, or i think about it like “prepwork” ill write more about prepwork stuff next time -sent from iPhone 17 Pro Max (Deep Blue, 512GB)

Brian Armstrong changed hes profile pic and killed this project A lot of wallets rotated from Robinhood, sold Cash Cat to buy this only to lose their money Yet again Base fumbles the chance to acquire users onchain, better keep building their Base app that nobody uses i guess?

I wonder if @blknoiz06 realizes as @Pumpfun CTO leader it is not only important he bag works the solana:9cRCn9rGT8V2imeM2BaKs13yhMEais3ruM3rPvTGpump token but if tokens like solana:Ge87EtsjwRQbHaqQmKRno69RFTwh9bfSsm99XNxTpump fail to succeed the people will just go play at RobinHood where all the volume is! Super viral animal runners start failing on solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 then its over

Last week I came back to the trenches, locked in, here how I sum it up. Please, share it for awareness. Protect other people. Whoever follows me for a long time know I'm always talking based on data, and based on what I see while I trench. The biggest traders (7figs+ at least) I know, all left the low cap game, or buy very selected coins intentionally. SITTING IN FRONT OF YOUR MEMESCOPE 24/7 ISNT HOW YOU WILL MAKE THE BIG MONEY TODAY (99% of you won't). The whole memecoin market at low caps is fucked up. 3 reasons : 1 - The traders themselves (Extremly low IQ, very young. They are educated to drill/steal, not to trade) 2 - Hypertokenization, no control on tokens launched (countless features) 3 - Low liquidity onchain. If you combine all of this, you get what you see. As a result : There is not a single coin flying directly post bonding as we used to see a few months ago. Why? 1 - Vamps 2 - Bundleslop 3 - Low liquidity market 4 - Low ceilings on coins, drill 5 - Fomo kick in slower, panic higher (Bear effect) Remember : People who made big money these past 3 month are believers. As I told you a few months ago, these are days we should be back believing in something. Kolscan leaderboard to prove my point : 210 people in red this month 125 people in green. (Kolscan leaderboard is known for adding only jeets and quickflippers) Top 10 made over 100k, 4 holders, 6 drillers (scammers/bundlers etc...) Top 10 - 47 made low 5 figs, which is lame Just compare these numbers to bull market What to do ? It's simple. Focus on very few plays after you analyze them deeply. (3/day MAX) Back to Believe/Patience season. I'll try to share good thesis on coins and adapt better. I'm around +10K this week and I'm not happy. Sincerely, Latuche
