50 males not having kids. Our birth rate is barely over 1 and these kids wonder why we need immigration???? We need 2.1 in order to sustain our current standard of living and keep population stable. I raised kids with 1 shared family vehicle, 1 salary and a 900 sq/ft house.

Can I share something with you. As US Ambassador to Canada I met with many senior officers of the US Military and several told me if they were ever stuck in a foxhole under fire and they couldn’t have an American at their side they would undoubtedly want a Canadian at their side defending them. They said to my face there isn’t a better trained combat officer. They said this after serving with them in Afghanistan. Thank you Canada 🇨🇦

A new Reuters/Ipsos poll puts Trump at 33% approval, his 3rd consecutive poll at that level and down from 47% early in the term.
The Iran war is dragging heavily. Just 36% approve of it, while rising gas prices are colliding with an even uglier number: 71% disapprove of Trump’s handling of the cost of living, including 4 in 10 Republicans.
Then there’s November.
Democrats lead Republicans 46% to 31% among voters who say they’re “very enthusiastic” about voting. Independents currently break Democratic 36% to 22%.
And perhaps most painfully for the GOP, registered voters now give Democrats the edge on economic ideas for the first time in roughly a decade.
Polls move. Three points of margin-of-error matters.

This will be an unpopular opinion on the Right but I think this is kind of dumb, even as a troll. Lake Ontario was given that name on maps by European explorers long before the Canadian province of Ontario was named. There are several cities in America called Ontario -- at least one of them predating the Canadian province by like 100 years -- because the word originates with native tribes in North America. It's not a Canadian invention. Canadians never uniquely owned the lake or the name. So in effect all you're doing here is actually giving them credit for a thing that wasn't theirs to begin with. Yeah it's funny when Canadians are upset I guess or whatever, but Lake Ontario, the name itself, is *American* history dating back many centuries. Not sure how you own Canada by deleting your own history.
