MOKSH stake pool experienced a brief outage caused by a memory leak. The issue has been fully resolved, and the pool is back online and operating normally with the latest node release (11.1.2).

Absolutely insane.
No one grasps how huge this is. The entire ecosystem of Cardano core code has just become accessible for dApp developers to leverage.
No more transaction builders going out of sync and needing maintenance, or needing separate cek machine implementations for ex-unit costing, no more overcosting, no more waiting on new features, everything can be leveraged directly from Cardano and updates to Cardano become updates to all downstream tooling that wraps this WASM.
Massive amount of engineering effort and money saved by taking advantage of this.
SPOs, please remember to cast your vote on the "Update Constitutional Committee 2026" action before September 1 2026. We need a complete, active committee in place for Leios.

It's not like I've been literally working on this topic for over 10 years of my life and launched a cryptocurrency that was number three on coinmarketcap with millions of users to deploy it. It's literally a crime in the Ethereum inner circles to mention Cardano. EUTXO is the biggest innovation of the smart contract world and Ethereum cannot mention it as they literally try to copy it.

Payments should be one-shot objects, not permanent state.
Bitcoin got this right. Ethereum can bring the same idea to payments: prove existence from history, keep only a spent bit in state, and reduce permanent state by ~99.8%.

Cardano is not an ecosystem for ego-driven people.
Sometimes, the path to adoption is knowledge. So please, cut the fucking ego and share that knowledge.
Too often, ego makes people believe others are somehow unworthy of understanding something, or that knowing more makes them better than everyone else. On the other side, that same ego creates an environment where people become afraid to ask questions because they're worried they'll be perceived as stupid.
I have no shame in asking questions. I don't care if they're considered stupid. The reason I'm where I am today is because I asked those questions instead of pretending I already knew the answers.
So ask away.
And if you know the answer, get the fuck back on the ground level with the rest of us and answer it. Explain it. Teach it. Share it.
No one is better than anyone else, and anyone can learn if they're willing to put in the effort.
Cardano is not an ecosystem for ego-driven people. It's an ecosystem for people who learn, teach, and help others do the same.

This clip is deeply disturbing, it was shared with me today.
A senior IOG employee describes autonomous killing drones using "skin tone" to identify targets, says it would be "quite trivial" and adds that for "third world" cultures it would be nearly impossible to defend against.
Why is this the kind of example being casually discussed by someone representing a major Cardano company?
This is not an isolated concern. We have already seen racial slurs from people connected to or aligned with IOG/Cardano governance circles. ie. @phil_uplc a CC member and Lucas a former employee
Does @IOGroup condone this kind of language and thinking from its employees, consultants or representatives?
Do companies and organizations working with IOG, Cardano institutions, @Cardano_CF, @emurgo_io consider this acceptable?
Because every time institutions fund, endorse or defend an IOG proposal without demanding accountability, they should ask themselves what behavior they are normalizing.
Influencers keep talking about "controlling the narrative." But maybe the real issue is not the narrative. Maybe the issue is the conduct, comments and culture people are being asked to ignore.
You cannot market your way out of this.
Big companies, regulators and serious partners do not look at comments like this and say "great ecosystem." They ask what kind of culture allows it.

Dear @Cardano, we have been in deep discussion with
@IOHK_Charles and how recent price declines will impact their budgeting needs / ability to deliver on IO proposals. Combine that with my sincere belief that we do require more structured leadership (in conjunction with constructive community involvement);
@emurgo_io will shift to a "Yes" vote for IOR. We are at an existential moment for @Cardano where actions we take now will reverberate through our ecosystem. Also make no mistake, that every chain, is facing the same decision.
EMURGO believes the following: 1. Leadership: At this time, I believe need an executive function that is led by Charles @IOHK_Charles, Fred @F_Gregaard and myself
@phillip_pon alongside Jack @JBriggsLondon
at Intersect. The community will and must be involved.
2. Infrastructure: We need to fund infrastructure and
@IOGroup and some specific protocols / projects remain best positioned to ensure core needs are met.
@Cardano_CF also does work on these matters, alongside @IntersectMBO. @emurgo_io
maintains libraries that are used by nearly all Cardano projects.
3. Commercial: Investments must also be prioritised but we must also accept that most will fail. It is the nature of early stage investment but we must try to create a thriving ecosystem that embraces a multi-chain future. Strike offers other chains too. @LayerZero_Core
is essential to this strategy as are @circle, @PythNetwork , @DuneAnaIytics and
@FireblocksHQ.
4. Marketing & Branding: Web3 is fighting for attention in the age of AI. @Cardano has a unique opportunity to rise above the fray alongside @MidnightNtwrk @F_ZK_Now. Having said that, I am not a proponent of parties, happy hours, or 'free drinks'. Marketing & Branding are serious efforts that need to be led by serious people. I was recently at a dinner with a VC, Regulator, Market Maker, and prominent project where more was done to advance Cardano's relevance than a glad handing party of the usual faces.
@emurgo_io will support serious Marketing and Branding efforts.
There is a lot more I want to say but I want to call upon all DRep to vote "Yes" to the IOR proposal and for those who have abstained or voted "No" to reconsider.
Price has changed, therefore, the value & importance of the proposal has increased.
What I'll miss the most about Daedalus is that amazing logo. Whoever came up with that is a creative genius.
Community gets to decide the fate of Daedalus. I'm one of the new maintainers. If you choose to keep it going, I'll be grateful. If not, that's ok too. We can still be friends and celebrate it with nostalgia.
