3D-printed salmon, chicken, and steaks just invaded American grocery stores masquerading as “premium plant meat.”
The slop is made out of soy, industrial seed oils, methylcellulose (laxative), and gums.
The fake meat is sold under the brand name PERFECTA, and the packaging DOES NOT disclose that they're manufactured using 3D printers.

Be the 60% spouse.
The person you marry is one of the most important decisions in your life. You will spend more time with this person than anyone else. You will make decisions together, grow together, and raise children together. If you choose the right person to marry, your life will be filled with happiness and prosperity, but if you choose the wrong person, you will be condemned to a life of unhappiness, drama, and financial problems.
But choosing the right spouse is only half the battle.
A good marriage is not created on your wedding day. It comes from the constant work that you and your spouse do to be a good partner to each other over time. Because the word “partner” gets used often when speaking about marriage, most people think a husband and wife should each bring 50% of the value to the relationship.
A happy marriage isn’t 50/50 though. It is 60/40 with both partners trying to be the 60%.
When you and your spouse are trying to bring the extra effort to the relationship, it is nearly impossible for the marriage to get off course. This is especially important on the hard days when one of you is tired, annoyed, or angry.
My wife and I have seen the benefits of this principle over the years. She constantly looks out for me, tries to predict things I may need in the future, is always ready with a few words of encouragement at the right moment, and does whatever is necessary for our marriage and our family to be successful.
I do my absolute best to return the favor. Sometimes this extra effort can be small things like buying her flowers unexpectedly, surprising her with a date night, or doing a few extra chores around the house. Other times I may help with her professional work or spend time talking with her about the important things going on in her world. Whenever I see an opportunity to do something that will make me the 60% of the relationship, I try to seize it.
And the beauty of our marriage is that she does the same thing.
So my wish for each of you is that you find a spouse that has a similar approach to marriage. But here is the secret: you will only find this person if you first become the type of person who aspires to be the 60% in a relationship. It is this lack of selfishness that will attract the person who is a good partner you can build an amazing life with.
The 60% approach applies to any relationship you are a part of, including business, investing, or your personal life. Those who give the most tend to get the most. It is a powerful law of the universe. But nowhere is it more important than in your marriage.
As you get older, and you have been married for longer, life starts to happen. There is the complexity of managing chaotic schedules, children become more needy, and it is easy to be less intentional about your marriage as you focus on other things.
But don’t fall into this trap.
Be the 60% spouse. Go the extra mile, and you will pick your head up in 50 years and be proud of the incredible relationship you built with the person you love most.

As some of you may be aware, we will likely be importing more cheap foreign beef in order to cut the cost at the grocery store for the consumers-this is likely a midterm election strategy as people don’t vote for incumbents when food is too expensive
The down stream effect of this is that it will likely cause many American ranchers to go out of business unless additional help is sent their way
In the mean time, if you can afford to do so, please buy directly from ranchers if you can-it might be the difference between them going out of business or surviving to keep on doing what they do the best in the world, producing high quality beef!
Share this if you’d be so kind!

The world changed forever in 2020.
Millions of people realized they had been sold a lie. The dollar wasn’t safe, the government wasn’t coming to save them, Wall Street was out to profit off of them, and the media was lying to them.
This caused people to leave their jobs, move to new cities, and question everything they were being told.
This generation is never going back to believing the lies. They realize they have to take control of their life, including working at jobs with financial upside, making their own decisions in their investment portfolio, and never counting on government programs like Social Security.
Each person is pursuing true independence.
The “experts” aren’t any smarter than them. Anyone can learn anything with the internet and a little curiosity. There is no more handing over important decisions related to finance or healthcare to others.
Pure individual sovereignty.
I would never bet against this group of people. There is nothing more powerful than an informed individual who is motivated to build a better life for themselves and their family.
It is these exact people that I call the misfits.
They don’t fit in to the normal system. That doesn’t bother them though. They are proud to be different. Proud to be resilient to the mainstream bullshit. They are 100% hardcore themselves.
They may be different, but they are right.
But being different and right is where all the value lies in life.
If you are one of these misfits, come join a group of misfits at @cfosilvia. We have been waiting for you.
Let me tell you something, comrade.
No American thinks we are exceptional because we are richer, stronger and more powerful than everyone else.
We are exceptional because we are American. It is our value system that built wealth, strength, and power.
It was the American values etched into the souls of generations of people in this country that built what we have today.
Those values are something you clearly cannot understand, or you choose not to, because they would require you building something of your own.
Our nation was founded by people who simply wanted a chance to build something for themselves.
It wasn’t about being richer than others. It wasn’t about being more powerful than others. It wasn’t about being stronger than others.
It’s certainly wasn’t built on what you propose, this hideous belief that you or anyone is somehow entitled to what other people built.
That is the antithesis of America. Your ideas would have been laughed out of America 250 years ago. You ran an entire mayoral campaign on seizing assets from others.
The sheer concept of expecting the government to force hard-working people to feed, house, and fund other able-bodied men and women would have been roundly ridiculed.
In fact, that is why people migrated to America. It was about freedom.
They fled oppressive government, they fled the type of tyranny you are promoting. Where their work was not theirs, where the fruits of their labor were taken from them.
They fled here not expecting a handout, but simply hoping for a chance to build something on their own. A chance to bet on themselves.
That dream is still vibrantly alive today for the those that choose to work hard and pursue it.
You, of course, sell that it is not possible. That it is a zero sum game. That the success of one group must therefore be at the expense of another group, which is a disgusting lie disguised as “promoting fairness”.
That is the opposite of our American value system.
In America, we believe in abundance. We believe in hard work. We believe in merit. We believe in earning things. We believe if you learn, work hard, and do your best, doors will open. And they do. Every time.
Those beliefs are what made America exceptional, and that is why America continues to be the greatest country in the history of mankind.
All despite men like you.

America is a place, merged with an idea. Americans are those here who agree to this idea. The idea is that anything is possible and that you can live your life the way you want, so long as that way does not impinge on others’ ability to live the way they want.
As the current custodians of America, we will keep this idea sacred, so that it is healthy and alive for those who come after us. Just like those of the past 250 years did for us. Happy 4th of July.

The Declaration of Independence is the greatest document ever produced by man. It’s no coincidence that it was the founding document of our nation and we went on to be the most prosperous civilization in human history. Any country founded on that document is worth loving and fighting to save.
It is also, undeniably, a radically libertarian document that clearly states the validity of natural God given rights and that the only legitimate role for government is the protection of liberty.
We have serious problems in our country today and we will be much better off if we follow the spirit of our founding document than the brain dead varying socialisms being promoted by both political parties.
Congrats and thank you to everyone who helped make @euphoriaHBO. Great show and beautiful work of art.

The Boomers of Kentucky embarrassed the United States on the world stage today.
Around the world, people genuinely wondered: can an American politician survive who doesn't repeat low-IQ platitudes about Israel and the Middle East?
The Boomers -- with their heterodox Christianity and FOX News propaganda -- gave their answer.
Republican politics is dominated by people who for some reason still think Sean Hannity is a smart guy, and Mark Levin is a constitutional scholar.
Pat Buchanan had given them the example of the learned and articulate right-winger -- and Pat was well to the right of Hannity and Levin -- but they decided to go with Tomi Lahren and Dan Bongino instead.
Oh, Massie voted this way or that, people will say, and that's why he was targeted in this unprecedented way. Yet there's Donald Trump out there campaigning for pro-amnesty Mike Lawler. So I don't believe you that this is a question of Massie's voting record (which is stellar, by the way).
Even if Massie had had a handful of objectionable votes, a million times more important than any Massie vote is this principle:
A patriot who values his country's sovereignty cannot allow three socially leftist billionaires who represent a foreign interest to buy a congressional seat and place a ridiculous empty suit in it.
Even if for some reason you don't like Massie, you as a patriot would have to dislike THAT a hundred times more.
These three billionaires never once set foot in Kentucky -- Kentuckians, to them, are lower than dirt, and exist solely to have congressional seats bought from them.
Put up a nonentity like "Ed Gallrein" who refuses to debate (how can any voter reward that?), have him utter a few Boomer slogans to satisfy the rubes, and otherwise hide him away. That was the strategy. Boomers (yes, I know there are exceptions) are too morally and intellectually corrupt even to understand what just happened.
But the rest of us understand.
Can you imagine "Ed Gallrein" leading the charge against the Covid restrictions? He would have been first in line for the damn "vaccine"!
Remember, too, that the folks who voted for "Ed Gallrein" tonight are the kind of people who think Marco Rubio is an impressive person, so there was no reaching them.
But the younger generations, who don't get their information from the insulting caricature of conservatism that is FOX News, aren't going to fall for the nonsense that snookered the Boomers -- and therein lies hope.
Incidentally, the easiest thing in the world would have been for Massie to buckle. Nobody reading this has the remotest idea the pressure that was brought to bear against him. Not one of his detractors could have lasted a week in Massie's shoes.
If Trump can sup in happy concord with Zohran Mamdani, the radical leftist mayor of New York, you'd think he could have spared a meal with Massie, whose track record proved he was not Trump's enemy.
Not that you'd know it from the anti-Massie brigade (half of whom used to love Massie before they were instructed not to love him), Massie defended Trump through two impeachments, grilled Merrick Garland over FBI assets on January 6, and defended Trump during Russiagate. By contrast, "Ed Gallrein" left the GOP when Trump was elected, and came back only when Biden was in office.
But since we're not completely dense, we know the real reason Massie could not be tolerated.
As Glenn Greenwald put it, "If the AIPAC/Adelson crowd wants someone out of Congress for disloyalty to Israel, they will be out of Congress.
"There are a few exceptions due to unusual districts, but not many. The Israel Lobby has unlimited funding and will spend limitlessly to expunge the blasphemous."
I repeat that no American patriot can tolerate, much less celebrate, this grotesque and demeaning situation.
The polls show that this situation won't exist forever. We will reach a point at which the foreign money (and that's obviously what it is) will at last be a mark of shame for the candidate receiving it. That will be a great day for American patriots everywhere.
Thomas Massie should hold his head high: he stood up against the machine time and again, knowing that it could one day lead to this.
Tonight we have to explain to our kids: in this world, the good guys don't always win. But you fight regardless of the prospects of winning. The fight for what is good and right is an end in itself.
For that reason, people will remember the Thomas Massies and the Ron Pauls. Nobody will remember "Ed Gallrein," not even as the answer to a trivia question.

Major life hack: Don't complain, ever. Nobody likes a complainer. They drain the energy of everyone around them. It's exhausting spending time around someone who constantly complains about things outside their control. If it’s within your control, go do something about it. If it’s not, you’re just wasting energy thinking about it. Complaining gives too much power to the thing. Take back that power.
