The Wolverine game, from all I've seen and read - seems to be something to skip.
Why do I fight a Sentintel as a boss fight, like it's playing whack-a-mole with me? Why not climb it with my claws, control my grip, and have to hit specific spots, like Shadow of the Colossus?
Translation: We are too cheap to pay the extra money to add a 2nd disc, or do further optimization/compression to fit the game on a single 100GB disc.
They don't have faith the game will make money fast enough to meet fiscal goals.

The physical version of Final Fantasy 7 Revelation will still require a download. Director Naoki Hamaguchi says putting the entire game on the disc would have meant compromising its quality.
Hamaguchi explained that each platform has limits on physical media capacity, saying:
“Compromising the quality of the final chapter in order to achieve a fully on-disc release would ultimately not be in the best interest of many fans.”
He also acknowledged that the decision won’t please everyone, but added:
“There is real value in being able to offer a physical edition at all.”
This is some bullshit, they can just launch it on two or three discs if necessary. Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth shipped on two discs with the full games included.
When I was building my current PC (9800X3D, 3080Ti now to a 5080) I debated on 32, 64, 96, or 128GB of RAM. I settled on 32GB for $97. 96 and 128GB at the time was $250.
I'm doing more work with my PC and hitting the limits of 32GB.
I cry at the prospect of $1300 for 128GB.
Decima was used because Sony owns Guerilla Games and using an in-house engine is less costly than licensing out something like Unreal.
Kojima now with Xbox means Unreal is available, basically a guarantee for PHYSINT imo
According to Paul Tassi, Sony no longer working with Kojima on PHYSINT means Kojima Productions has reportedly lost access to Sony’s Decima engine.
Both Death Stranding games were built with Decima, a graphics engine considered one of the best and central to the look and tech of Kojima games. They will have to switch to UE or one of the engines Xbox has.
There’s unconfirmed information that Sony/PlayStation made multiple attempts to acquire Kojima Productions, but Hideo Kojima repeatedly turned them down, including the latest offer.
If they lost access to Decima, PHYSINT could take even more time to develop while they work on another engine.
After watching the Nintendo Direct, I want that Ocarina of Time Switch 2 and the Pro Controller.
I haven't personally had a Nintendo console since the Wii & Wii U. But always had access to all of the consoles I didn't have through friends and family.
Why lie and make yourself out to be a hypocrite?
Easier to say "I prefer gaming at 60fps at the bare minimum, but I am okay with 30fps for GTA6 so I can ride the hype for my channel to stream it and make videos". At least then most people won't clown on you.

Nexus Mods has acquired SteamDB.
The site’s creator @thexpaw is stepping away after burning out from years of running it. He looked for a team he could hand the project over to, but never found anyone he fully trusted.
SteamDB will stay SteamDB for now, but over time, Nexus Mods will be slowly integrated in the site.
