Six weeks ago I embarked on a journey to build out Creators Pad AI. Today I have a validated problem, a named list of 100+ target buyers, and 3 of 6 buyer conversations confirming the pain.
In six weeks I:
🔍 Validated the problem with real market data and early buyer conversations: 3 of 6 confirmed it
🛠 Built a customer-discovery survey and a simplified product flow ready for our first pilots
📈 Put real prices in front of brands and mapped our first go-to-market channel

The biggest thing I learned is simple: progress comes from getting closer to users, being honest about what needs improvement, and finding the right people to build with.
My YC Co-Founder Matching profile has also been submitted and is awaiting review.
I’m looking for a hands-on technical co-founder who wants real ownership of:
• Product and engineering
• Architecture and shipping
• The hard decisions that come with building from zero

Wrapping up the week with the last session from Dubai Founders HQ Entrepreneur Academy program by @AntlerGlobal MENA it was one of the most inspiring sessions by Jad Halaoui “The @washmenApp Co-Founder” what really likes about the session is the true stories, learnings not a fake journeys which we usually hear around & moderated by Rana Taher 🔥
The session previewed Washmen’s operating choices, management practices, and growth challenges.
• Compensated an early customer about AED 12,000 after garment damage.
• Brought operations in-house and discontinued costly, quality-compromising services.
• Tracked service quality, customer satisfaction, and monthly unit economics.
• Invested in garment tracking, quality control, and AI-supported support.
• COVID prompted expansion into home-linen care as formalwear demand fell.
• Washmen estimates it holds 80% of the online market.
• Prioritized cash conservation and spending that prevents costs or builds advantage.

As a precaution, and pending the results of our investigation, we have asked CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices. We recommend Ledger users who purchased from this reseller in the last 90 days to not initiate set up if you have not done so yet. If you have set up your Ledger device, consider moving assets to a new Ledger signer (with new seed). We will continue to inform customers of updates as the investigation progresses.
