We listen to feedback, and one thing we kept hearing was that requesting work on Modulr.Gig needed to be simpler. So we simplified it. Instead of making you dig through categories, filters, and pages trying to figure out where to start, we integrated our AI agents directly into the Request experience. Just tell it what you need done in plain English. “I need a bed frame assembled.” “My yard is getting out of hand.” “I need a deep clean before I move out.” Our agents can help understand what you’re looking for and point you toward the right services available in your area. Don’t worry, you can still browse around normally too. Think of this as having a customer service rep sitting right there with you, ready to help you find the right service when you need it.
