The value of a home extends beyond it being a use asset. The value of a home is also related to the community that is built around it. Buying the community is a a far better investment than buying the home.

If yes, I would be screaming at the top of my lungs about it.
I'm not surprised. The technology has never been the issue. Mainstream adoption has been the projects achillies heel.
From a traditional lense, instead of focusing on the tech, we should rather focus our aims on quantifiable metrics that demonstrate progress towards an objective goal.
Otherwise, it's all hevel.
