मध्यप्रदेश में OBC वर्ग को 27% आरक्षण सुनिश्चित करने हेतु संवैधानिक एवं विधिक कार्रवाई की मांग को लेकर आज माननीय राज्यपाल एवं मुख्यमंत्री जी को पत्र लिखा।
पत्र के माध्यम से अनुरोध किया कि OBC आरक्षण संबंधी प्रावधानों को संविधान की नौवीं अनुसूची में शामिल कराने की संभावनाओं पर विचार करते हुए केंद्र सरकार के स्तर पर आवश्यक पहल के लिए राज्य शासन को निर्देशित करने की कृपा करें।
आशा है कि सामाजिक न्याय के इस महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर संवैधानिक मर्यादाओं एवं विधिक प्रावधानों के अनुरूप आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
