Time sure flies! One year ago today, we filmed our music video, "Stare (I Want You To)". fb.me/1lai4Ha7S
@Delta at it again. Three days later and another issue. This has been the worst service and experience of my life. Never again.
@Delta - my original flight was yesterday at 12:20 PM ... it's now moved until tomorrow at 6:40 am? Not a single call or notification
@Delta has its phone lines down and now I receive a notification that this flight is cancelled until tomorrow morning.
@Delta Next time you tell your customers to show up early for a flight 20 hours after its original departure time. Try letting them know..
.. god bless them for everything they've had to deal with during this mess. Unfortunately I also had to incur costs flipping for a hotel
Will never outweigh the disappointment of being misled and redirected to dead ends for the better part of 24 hours. @Delta agents
Now I wait, again. Guaranteed to miss @PearlJam get inducted to the @RockAndRollHall. The losses incurred on this trip financially..
are sometimes inevitable. Poor customer service is not. @Delta would rather not discuss it's computer failures that occurred yesterday
I've spent over 15 hours in the airport and incurred loss and costs thanks to the incompetence of @Delta. While delays and cancellations..

Should the party that nominated Trump and Sarah Palin really even get to use the term "extreme vetting?"
