Everton: found guilty of breaching PSR.

You cannot even compare the case to Chelsea’s own. Chelsea went and reported themselves to the Premier League. Man City has been denying guilt ever since they were charged.

Thats the difference between the midtable clubs and the big clubs even if they aren't doing well. Thats what makes it hard to keep coaches for the long term too unfortunately.
Most importantly these coaches will work there because these clubs have an infrastructure of patience and not hiring and firing. The lack of pressure to compete for trophies means they are not under as much pressure as at a big club
