Kerby menus, before and after.
Slowed everything down a touch and the screens now push into each other. Check it out here: kerby.bedarstudios.com/
Hey @X people
Looking to connect with more fellow design engineers and AI tinkerers on here!
Would love to see what everyone is working on these days and learn from you all!
Share what you're working on below and lets connect!
Kerby kerbs, before and after.
It was hard to tell where a throw scores, so the kerb is raised now and the strike zone pulses cream. Live in the game.
Still early in the build but all feedback is good feedback!

Better-ui and Emils skills have changed how I design with AI so much. Don’t even know how I coped before discovering them.
Started by making the kerbs easier to read. Then added wild bounces and catches to steal possession.
Hand mechanics still need work, but Kerby’s getting there.
Showhow was 865 MB installed. Now it's 321 MB.
I asked claude why it was so big. It broke it down cut 544 MB just like that.
Agents still aren't proactive enough. Be ambitious and question their output!
Two heroes for the Showhow landing page. Left or right?
I ' m leaning towards the left one but don't mind the mosaic background.
4am and I'm tuning how the ball bounces in Kerby.
Wild bounces off the kerb, and now the defender can catch it if you time the press right. Tuning till it feels right!
Next up is improving the depth perception.
A version of my portfolio I parked.
It works like a chat app. Ask a question and it reads the right file, opens a panel and answers.
I'm shipping the bento version but thought this was cool enough to share.
Ayo who designed the insta downvote thing?? I was thinking why is everyone posting with a down arrow emoji today😭
Kerby: The Midnight League is live.
I built a pixel-art version of a game I loved growing up and would play until midnight. Now you can too!
V1 you can play in browser and mobile. Will be turning into PWA soon for better mobile gaming
Check it out!

Pointed Claude at DialKit (love dialkit!) and asked for a simple setup for Kerby.
Now I can jump in and tweak it myself. So many tokens saved.
Before → after
Reworking Kerby’s home screen.
Updated the character designs, palette colours and style. Going for a more neon lights tokyo midnight style now.
Roast away!
Not every repeatable thing needs to be a skill. I learnt that the long way, after downloading and writing hundreds of them.
Sometimes a Raycast snippet is all you need. Skills are for processes. Snippets are for the things I tell agents over and over.
Some of my favourites:
`?latest` -- "What's the latest and what are the recommended next steps?" Most of my sessions start with it.
`!prove` -- for when an agent says "fixed" with no output. It has to run the check and paste the raw result, or say "unverified".
`!guard` -- house rules for any agent pane. Never merge, never commit to main, never invent a screenshot.
`!idea` -- drops a content idea straight into the right note in my second brain.
`!wrap` -- end of session. Commit, list what's waiting on me, log decisions, write the journal.
I refreshed the whole set today. Four got deleted. Two were quietly broken: one had been cut off mid-word, another pasted a note to myself into every image prompt.
If I've typed it twice, it's a snippet.
