All-division awards for all four MoCo divisions are finalized! Congratulations to everyone selected!
#70 Jake Albert (Churchill ‘28)
Make no mistake that 2027 will be the best Bulldogs team in years. Part of that foundation is a deep and experienced 2028 class. First up is Albert. High .300s bat w/ 2bs power while also providing key innings on the bump

#71 Josh Beebe (QO ‘29)
Everyone knows older brother Shane. But watch out for talented younger brother Josh as well. Lot of similar traits, particularly on offense. Plays at the top of the order for a very good DMV Prospects 2029 Red team summertime

‘29 Josh Beebe (@QObaseball) - @DMVProspectsBSB
Uses the middle of the field to keep the 2 out rally going for the prospects. RBI double.
@PrepBaseballMD #PBESOpen #MD6
#72 Morgan Johnson (Clarksburg ‘29)
One of the top 2029s in the county. Outstanding first campaign: .379 AVG with 7 XBH, 21 RBI and 18 R in 2026 earning him 2nd team all division. Will be a key bat for a promising 2027 Coyotes offense
xitter.cf/PrepBaseDEMD/status/20…
‘29 Morgan Johnson (@ClarksburgBase) - @DMVProspectsBSB
Has been the spark plug at the top of the lineup for the prospects today. Competitive AB’s.
@PrepBaseballMD #PBESOpen #MD6
#73 Harrison Binet (Rockville ‘27)
Few have as much experience. Four year varsity starter for the Rams. Versatile. Long lean frame that is still growing. If Rockville is to capture their first region title since 2022, it’ll be with this kid at the front.

#74 Nolan Cooley (Damascus ‘28)
Tremendous football player and that athleticism translates to the baseball diamond. 23 R scored as a sophomore and should only get better as an upperclassman. Will be a frontline bat for the Hornets in 2027
#75 Tristan Alexander (WJ ‘28)
Almost every team in the 4A West II has a legit “big 3” 2028 trio. Weight room dedication is evident as this kid has added much size in the past year+. Swings a solid stick while adding depth to WJ's tremendous rotation.

#76 Jack Bartels (Wheaton ‘27)
One of the top bats in the Knights lineup, going on 4 year starter. High average player who earned 2nd team all division last spring. Should have an even better season as a senior this spring
#77 Mateo Piket (Sherwood ‘28)
Warriors had arguably the best JV team in Maryland last year and their rotation was spearheaded by this kid. With Ryan Zanni and Lee Gisriel’s graduation last spring, roles will need to be filled. Piket a candidate to do so

Every year there is one organization that carries the top showcase team in the area. Last year it was the Sandy Spring Falcons. For the 2027s, it's Dig In National and been that way for years.
Three MCPS reps. All four year starters. All off the board now
#78 Dillon Biggs (Clarksburg ‘27)
The first of MANY Coyotes you will see as we count down. One half of a promising 1-2 southpaw punch at the top of the Clarksburg rotation. 23 IP with 29 K last year. Big summer with DMV Prospects.
xitter.cf/Dillon_Biggsbsb/status…
End of great summer season thanks to @DMVProspectsBSB I felt super in control of all my pitches this season. My stats for the summer:
IP: 26
ERA: 1.9
WHIP: 1.3
HARD%: 25
BAA: .220
BAA w RISP: .140
Thanks to @Primal1Baseball for keeping me healthy.

#79 Thomas Cleary (Wheaton ‘28)
The second of the three Knights 2028s you will want an eye on. This kid threw 36 IP with 46 K as the frontline Wheaton ace last year. That’s the kind of arm that can guide a team to a region title.
Congrats to Marcus on his committment to Centre.
The talent has always been there. One of two active MoCo players who started in a state title game as a freshman. Expect a bookend to his high school career with a special season
#80 Jack Belman (QO ‘28)
2 years ago, QO had arguably the top JV team in the county and it was led in large part by this kid. Has the talent to take a big jump this year and become a true front line arm for the Cougars. Played for DMV Prospects Showcase

'28 Jack Belman (Quince Orchard MD | @DMVProspectsBSB)
Up to 80 in his first inning of work and showing a SL as well
#DCFallChamps @PrepBaseballMD
#81 Coltrane Riggins (Wheaton ‘28)
Knights another team with a trio of talented 2028s you will want to know of. Riggins earned 2nd team all division in 2025 and will be a major UTL weapon over the next two years. Advanced contact ability.
xitter.cf/ColtraneRiggins/status…
#82 Brad Bass (Rockville ‘29)
The young bucks at Rockville will be ones to watch. Bass earned 2nd team all division as a freshman and looking to build off that success towards a legitimate region title push.
xitter.cf/BradleyBass2029/status…
#83 Gavin Scozzafava (Sherwood ‘28)
See the pattern? The Sherwood talent particularly on the offensive side of the ball is going to be special over the next few years. Smooth RH stick that has been a key guy for a loaded DMV Prospects Showcase team

'28 Gavin Scozzafava (Sherwood High School)
Barrels this ball into the LCF gap for a RBI double

This kid is a stud. IMO the most talented player Einstein has produced since '19 grad James Heffley who played at UMD.
White is well on his way to be a 4x 1st team all division player. Last accomplished by Sammy Berman (Whitman '25) and Terrion Pettus (Magruder '25)

Still way early but Whitman looks like they could be a top 3 team in the county in 2027. Lot of great summers/falls. The top of the lineup - Gardiner, Dober, Caruso, and Schuerman - should be among the best in 4A and guys like Finkel, Roscow, Kaltman, Khani rising as well.
#84 Lincoln FIsher (BCC ‘27)
Senior who should have a really nice year for the Barons. Played a key role in their playoff battle over Churchill and should be an impact bat once again. Leveled RHH with pull side power. Tough and gritty player
xitter.cf/PrepBaseballMD/status/…
🚨 BCC WITH THEIR FIRST LEAD TODAY 🚨
‘27 Lincoln Fisher (@baronsbaseball) delivers and extends the AB and lines a loud RBI single into left field to give BCC a 5-4 lead.
#MDHS26
#85 Kody Childers (Damascus ‘28)
Following Cam Wilberding to Giac Iorio, this kid has a chance to be the next power bat for the Hornets. Showcased that last spring and this past summer for the DMV Prospects Showcase. Will be a RBI threat for years.
