This is such and important message.
A child tells their parent, 'You never listen to me.' The parent responds by explaining all the things they've sacrificed for the child. But the child wasn't questioning the sacrifices. They were asking to be heard.

Sometimes I feel like I have paid my debts yet I find another receipt over my head. What do you call it? mishap? or almost made it?

heart to heart
Sometimes your next level doesn’t require a new house, a new relationship, a new city, or a completely different life. Sometimes it just requires you to appreciate what you already have and start showing up differently. Clean your space. Revisit your dreams. Get back to your hobbies. Spend time with your babies. Fall in love with your everyday routine. You’d be surprised how beautiful your life becomes when you stop trying to escape it and start actually LIVING it. 🤍

Real connection is all it has to be
A businessman believed that success could be measured by the number of people who attended his celebrations. He maintained hundreds of contacts and regularly organized gatherings to strengthen his social standing. When he encountered a personal crisis, most of those contacts disappeared. Only one quiet friend remained, offering help without asking for recognition. The businessman realized that he had spent years expanding his circle without understanding the relationships within it. The number of people around us reveals little about the depth of the connections we have built.

Did you know that just remembering to relax your jaw can give a short relief to your nervous system . One day it feels like everything is fine just for the next day to feel like everything is bonkers yet it still helps

Every word is music to my ears
You have to move through life knowing you are somebody extraordinary, while also remembering that you are a nobody who knows nothing. The highest levels of consciousness can hold both truths simultaneously.

so deep
An old philosopher spent decades searching for the meaning of life. He travelled through kingdoms, studied ancient texts, and questioned people from every walk of life. Near the end of his journey, a child asked him whether he had enjoyed the search. The philosopher paused before answering. He had become so determined to discover the meaning of existence that he had rarely stopped to experience it. Perhaps some questions are meant to guide our lives rather than postpone them.

I was such a non believer in astrology. I trusted in my own self, my integrity, and giving the best I got. Yet life handed me unexplainable events that I started wuestioning my beliefs. I surprisingly astrology provided me a sigh of relief and that I wasnt just imagining things.

This 🫶🙏💕
Imagine teaching your daughter that her body belongs to her, teaching her about consent, and then explaining that you had holes put in her ears before she was old enough to tell you whether she wanted them. Piercing a baby’s ears because YOU think it looks cute is putting your aesthetic preferences above your child’s bodily autonomy. Your baby isn’t a doll. And children learn bodily autonomy from what we DO, not just what we tell them.
