Here's what I expect to see in 6months-1year with Sea of Thieves.. ✅Could see an improvement in the back, like hitreg for example, if Activision support teams are allowed to help with the "tech debt" of Sea of Thieves. ❌Worst case scenario, they are going to overflow emporium and "earnable/quality" cosmetics from ingame shops, will be a thing of the past. ❌Rare Engineers and Artists turn into being a support assets for other projects under their purview. Not saying the game is "cooked" but I genuinely dont see this is as good news. Game already charges a premium for the "cash shop" so seeing this be possibly amplified, is going to be interesting.

well, my future is cooked. I've been around so long I remember when the idea of a "classic WoW" or Classic+ was just good conversation during raid nights.. To see Classic + finally come out, and soon too, I'm excited to see what the retelling of WoW will be like. I'm all in.

In Season 21, Raid loot items are being added to every world event loot pool, Minus FoF/Reaper Fort(Bugged?). You only get tier 1 versions, lowest quality. No, the loot quality is not randomized or upgraded due to the world event(Tested this on 40 world events). Pretty underwhelming. Would like to see a small random chance (5-15%) to see each of these items, have the ability to be upgraded on world event completion. Regardless of the ability to "stack" or farm it, voyages are still a better use of time to get rep and gold if you aren't using guild emissary.

Seeing a lot of comments that "Reaper hopping" is being killed. Let me emphasize, game didn't have reapers for 2 years at launch and had PLENTY of PvP. So you have to make a choice.. - Servers with a few emissaries, usually little to no loot, and fights are done quickly. - Servers with everyone using an emissary, mid to high amounts of loot, and maybe even a quality fight. - Finding a Reaper 3-5 is actually worth hopping for as it shows, they are invested on the server they are on. - Maybe don't use Reapers to hunt? Sure, having to restock every server is going to suck, but its 2026 Sea of Thieves. Captaincy supplies are a thing.
