Do not order anything from Sears PartsDirect @PartsDirect I ordered a remote control for my TV from their site, and received the wrong part twice. The part I received every time is a different part number from the order and looks completely different. Awful!
The customer service @PartsDirect was polite but useless. Every time I called, a supervisor was supposed to call me back within minutes, and they never did. I have been dealing with this for a month without a positive resolution. Awful!
So after my post about how terrible Sears @PartsDirect is, Sears DM me asking for the order details, and nothing happened. I called again and now they tell me they never had the advertised part. I asked for a refund. The refund just came through and it is $15 short. Awful
