Day 44 completed of my marathon for mental health training! Played a football match today and did just under 5 miles. 3 days away from the 37KM run round Loch Ness! Do what makes you happy, life is too short to worry about what others think. You are amazing. I’m so proud of you❤️

Today we think of the family of Andrew Gosden who was last seen on 14 September 2007 when he went missing from Doncaster. It’s never too late to share information with police. If you think you know something that could help find Andrew, please contact us online or via 101.

Replying to @TRobinsonNewEra
Honestly. We have just had an election where the people all had an opportunity to vote. I wish you would use your energy more constructively. PS you are not welcome to provoke aggression and trouble on our streets or for our Police. They are peoples sons, daughters, mothers. Thx.

This is an excellent appointment. @jessphillips has worked tirelessly to tackle violence against women and girls and has been one of the strongest advocates for family court reform. Great to have her in this role.

A moment to celebrate Jess Phillips. She put her beliefs before ambition by voting for a ceasefire in Gaza against the party whip. Endured, with her team, vile intimidation during her election campaign. For 9 years she's read a list of women killed by men in the UK in parliament as part of her fight to increase women's safety. She's an MP women need, a voice the country needs. I hope to see her back on the front bench in the not too distant future.

This is my last #GraysonsArtClub inspiration tweet as we start filming tomorrow. I thought we could go back to the fabulous quilts of Gee's bend Alabama, sublime abstract artworks made by generations of African American women. The portrait is Michelle Obama by Amy Sherald.

I’ll be completely truthful, got very emotional last night thinking I’d forget this whole experience. What a day and what a man @ellis_platten is. Words can’t describe this experience. Thank you so much for the support, I just physically can’t believe it. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS ❤️

#Surreypolice just watched the footage of you driving into a small calf (not a fully grown cow). Horrendous. What a sorry state of affairs. Totally unnecessary.
