Daisy May Cooper, 40, lost 10 stone from size 24 to size 10 on a keto diet and faced online trolling that she was no longer funny.
She panicked that shedding the weight would cost her roles as the funny big one and abandoned her phone so her PA could manage Instagram.
She previously suffered chest pains and breathlessness at her heaviest.
She does not recommend the diet after getting kidney stones.
