Ajax says “this serious test against the German record champions will also be the final part of their preparations for the second half of the season.”

Sakaja is saying the building had no certificate of Occupancy but for reason, each of the businesses had paid over 20,000 in business permits, sewage, and fire licence. How and Why did the County sell business permits to businesses located in illegal building?
