Hi teacher friends 👋 After 5 years, I have decided to leave teaching this summer & go back to industry. Teaching is an amazing profession but unfortunately I don’t feel it’s right for me anymore ✨ Big love & thanks to everyone I’ve met along the way 💖

So incredibly proud of my dance club girls performing their hearts out tonight at the #SDC2024 ❤️ What a talented and special bunch of girls you all are! 💃 @DuncanrigScndry

S5 Dance leader Morven & assistant Mia helping out at Dance Club today 💃 ✨ @DuncanrigScndry @SLLeisCulture

Can’t wait to come see this & support my bestie @PE_MissHunter 🌟 – at Hamilton, Scotland

WOW 😍 Look at these revision posters produced by some S4 pupils in preparation for their Business prelim - one is almost as tall as them!! 👏🏼 @DSS_BusEd

The fundraising team are out in full force again - with the weather a bit on the rainy side, they are selling some delicious donuts this week! 🍩 Find them in the street at intervals and lunchtimes - all proceeds to @KilbrydeHospice ✨ Fab work girls! @DSS_BusEd @DuncanrigScndry

🧊 ICE LOLLIES 🧊 Our S6 & S2 fundraising team are stocking up on plenty of ice lollies & ice poles to sell tomorrow at lunch - ALL MONEY RAISED goes to Kilbryde Hospice! 🙏🏼 Find us near the front doors tomorrow for a treat to cool yourself down in the sun ☀️

They also got a visit from a real-life Tax Accountant & heard about pathways into the job. Lots of fabulous questions asked too! We also got a break for some pizza 🍕 before their final challenge: create a 60-second promotion video encouraging young people into Finance!

Such a fantastic day celebrating all things numeracy with S1. They all excelled at the different challenges. So lovely to see so many staff members from all over the school popping by to visit, run an activity & get involved too 🤗 – at Hamilton, Scotland

National 5 Business Management played a game of HR Guess Who today - asking questions like “is your card a method of selection?”, “is your card a type of HR legislation?” 👏🏼 & yes, it did take me ages to cut out & stick all those individual squares 😂 @DSS_BusEd @DuncanrigScndry

The classic “Methods of Production” task last week with National 5 Business to revise and consolidate their knowledge of Job, Batch and Flow by creating empire biscuits 🍪 Mrs Taylor was very impressed with Batch & Flow as were the teachers who ordered a unique ‘Job’ biscuit! 👏🏼

So proud of our S1-S2 dancers representing @DuncanrigScndry at the #SDC2023 tonight! You were outstanding & really performed on stage 🫶🏼💃🏻 – at Hamilton, Scotland

Just posting this here in case any of my Twitter pals could make use of these! 2 tickets for @PanicAtTheDisco Friday Night @ the Hydro. Would rather someone got them so willing to sell for under face value/offers ☺️
