Can someone please justify this? @CostaCoffee just gone through the drive through spent almost a fiver to get home to a half full hot chocolate. There’s literally barely any in there underneath cream. If it’s a drive through how do we get compensated?

I feel a massive change in the winds this month. It’s been a hard 5 months of graft but something is about to shift and this time, it’s big!

If you are someone who struggles to stick to their goals, you need to get in the habit of tracking the big goal with small "marker" goals in between. Use pen/paper or digital platforms to see your goal in front of your face on a daily basis [THREAD]
If you aren't eyeballing your goal regularly, it won't happen. The small "marker" goals in between, are small enough to not feel overwhelming but big enough to make a difference to the end game goal. They serve the purpose of moving your chess piece across the board [THREAD]
If you are looking to make a serious change in 2023, you have to get over the fear of not knowing what is on the other side of making that change. Lean into the fear of the unknown, when you master that skill, you can make huge leaps, often, without being held back.
Glad to see we finally got Tate in cuffs. I do wonder what the long term results of his rhetoric on young minds will continue to do though. It’s difficult to put it back in the box when their social education has been tainted like this.
