@coopuk why is accessibility so poor at your Crabbs Cross store? There is only 1 disabled parking space, no room in any other spaces to get mobility aids in and out of car. Baskets never put by the door but kept by the tills which means more walking...

Not going in @Morrisons again. I have mobility problems, it's a nightmare pushing a trolley 1 handed (I need a crutch to walk) when your staff have huge crates on wheels and piles of stuff EVERYWHERE, blocking aisles and shelves and making it almost impossible for me to get round

Thank you so much to the lovely @GWRHelp lady at Paddington who helped me beat the stampede to my platform. Me and my crutches hope very much the lift at Worcestershire Parkway has been fixed by the time I get there.
Not a great start to the day when the lift at Worcestershire Parkway Station is out of order, @GWRHelp I walk with crutches and unexpectedly having to get up the many stairs here to get to platform 3 was very difficult and very painful. What would someone in a wheelchair do??
