Absolutely love my Golden Pine planner, notebook & matching accessories from @TPositiveTC. Aren’t they gorgeous 🌲✨
So excited, just ordered my new @the_positive_teacher_company stationary! Decided to go for the gorgeous Golden Pine design & matching accessories. For anyone needing a teacher planner I can’t recommend them enough, this will be my 6th one 🌲📒

Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, marking 80 years since the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. We remember the 6 million Jewish men, women, and children murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators. As survivors grow fewer and antisemitism rises, today is more vital than ever.
Today has been focused on GCSE Religious Studies. This morning I went on an informative & interesting GCSE Judaism course @lpoolcatholic led by a Jewish lady called Michelle who shared her personal experiences. Then this afternoon I marked some of my year 11s mock Judaism papers.
Today we had an Academy Trust inset day where we gathered together for training on instructional coaching led by @Steplab_co . It was an interesting day with some great tips for coaching.

I’ve been horrified by the events of the last week.
In September, I’ll go back into the classroom with even more determination to teach about religion authentically in hope that the next generation have a far better understanding of society and their place within it.
Next year I’m running the @LondonMarathon in aid @asthmalunguk as my dad has severe COPD & I have asthma. If you would like to support this amazing charity & sponsor my fundraising page it would be greatly appreciated. Please sponsor here: join.aluk.org.uk/fundraisers…
Teachers who love stationery, don’t walk but run to Tesco. Look what they’ve got! #edutwitter #teacherstationery

If you want to recruit more teachers, one of the best ways is to make teaching a more attractive profession. Along with pay, that means conditions, and the behaviour climate of the school is paramount. If schools are chaotic, the job is a grind- and people leave. SO it can't just be about financial incentives (and those are important) but making sure teachers/ leaders have the tools and skills to manage classes.
