Harmony $ONE Team is measuring what it actually costs to run open-weights video models on rented GPUs (RunPod, and later other hosts and bare metal), compared with API vendors like fal dot ai — to find where self-hosting is profitable for Harmony's video operators.
Harmony $ONE 🆕 AI Initiatives:
✅ Tens of millions from ~1M users, operator hardware subsidies, staking $ONE to qualify as an operator, and rewards tied to generation uptime and remix contribution.
✅ LTX 2.5 pricing (~$0.13/sec) and revenue figures from other AI video firms (Higgsfield ~$700M, Kling ~$510M, Fal ~$400M). Operators theoretically could generate large clip volume on high-end GPUs.
✅ The token supply and issuance rate stay the same; new issuance is meant to fund the new business.
