How is this not unfair? You need to fix your moderation and support. As soon as I had proof of my false termination I got ignored for no reason so what am I supossed to do now??

Hello! Does anyone have some type of communication with a Roblox moderator admin ect? I've been falsely banned and I've been redirected to violations and appeals page a lot of times. I'm worried this appeal will also get redirected by an ai mssg. My username is pancytryneczek.

So yup! I got falsely banned. After receiving the chat logs, what I said was "why are you so tiny baby😭". It does not violate the child safety rules as I use that nickname with my friends simply for fun. I already appealed the ban and I hope I'll get accepted.

After 2 weeks of fighting with ai moderation I FINALLY got a response. My ban mssg will be provided sometime soon so I can finally see what I got banned for.

For 2 weeks I've been getting rejected with the same AI responses on my 5 year old Roblox account. I genuinely feel hopeless since what can I possibly do other than appealing? Roblox fixes enforcement bans yet there are so much more false AI flags. @Roblox

Account banned for no reason, my friend got falsely suspended for no reason. It happened when we were in school and its kinda crazy. He thinks that he got hacked and said some bad stuff. @Roblox @Roblox_RTC pls dm me if u have any important info. Its a 2011 account pls help.❤️👍

Another update on the ban My appeal got rejected TWICE by the shit Roblox AI moderation. I asked to state the reason TWICE too I sent a data request with the id and they ignored it. My guess is that their ai is shit and that's why they won't give me proof.
