Our U8s team were on Guard of Honour duty at Cardiff Arms Park on the weekend for the Cardiff Rugby vs Exeter Chiefs game. They were flag bearers and also got to play a tag match at half time in front of the crowd. The boys did brilliantly and had a great day.

A hugely competitive pre season first run out on the full pitch for over 40 lads this weekend.
We’re delighted to be able to support both age groups with our unique Speakeasy tackle pads and match balls for this season. This was all possible thanks to the support of the @Barbarian_FC charitable trust.
Huge thank you to both clubs, all the lads and the coaches for their support.
Very best of luck to you all for the season ahead!

🏉 THE CLUBHOUSE 🏉
Last December, Penarth Athletic Club lost its clubhouse in a devastating fire.
But a clubhouse isn’t just bricks and mortar.
It’s the friendships.
The stories.
The laughter.
The memories.
The feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself.
We’re proud to share The Clubhouse — celebrating 125 years of @PenarthRFC and the incredible relationship with the Welsh Barbarians.
With thanks to the @Barbarian_FC Charitable Trust for making this story possible.
🎥 Full 4-minute film premieres 10am Sunday.
Huge thanks to everyone involved, especially:
