📢 @uniessex is conducting a study on childhood obesity. I know that phase may be triggering. They are trying to understand the barriers & stigma parents face if their children fall into this category. Children will not be contacted and everything said will be confidential.

I should fund a @MiniMealtimes study. Clearly no one will stop me or ask questions. Well expect maybe Michael....

The many faces of sugar! Often people look for the word ‘sugar’ in ingredients, but it’s often disguised in many other forms. A great list by @Nutr_Consultant #KidsSugarSnacks #SugarAwarenessWeek

Hello! We've launched today - a brand new initiative to educate #nutritionists #dietitians and #medics on how to navigate diverse cultures, what food means to them individually, and what that means in the grand scheme of health.
Our founder helping to raise money for charity and meeting a legend in the food and nutrition industry. How has your day been?
Total career highlight this morning. I publicly represented The Prince's Trust and got to meet one of my idol's Annabel Carmel. Had to go straight home afterwards but I'm still buzzing ❤🎉 @BrilliantBrekky @PrincesTrust @organicpharmacy #brilliantbreakfast #donatenow
The answer is surprisingly yes but only very small trace amounts so parent's shouldn't worry too much.
I'm disappointed in outlets like @Netmums And @Refinery29 who had posted recent clickbait headlines spreading fear.
The government may change the rules to only allow food & drink that is actually alcohol free to have a "alcohol free" label. This new rule is fear mongering as most people will start panicking if they see a warning to pregnant mothers about alcohol. The current rule is sufficient
It was great to hear @lcwilloughby say 'The more illogical and confusing you make guidance, the more likely people are to ignore advice altogether. 'This move would cause unnecessary alarm and shame parents into cutting out products that help them avoid full-strength alcohol.'
