Today some of our preschoolers visited Blackwood Garden Centre to pick out our plants for our parent engagement session on Monday. We took our cameras and they recorded our visit through their eyes. What a wonderful, engaging and exciting morning we had! @EAS_EarlyYears

What a night!! We are over the moon to have been chosen for the chairman's award @CaerphillyBC awards To see that the achievements of our little nursery and our amazing team were recognised is so very special beyond what we could have ever hoped for.

Can you believe it!! Mini miners is 5 years old!! And what an incredible 5 years we've had. The journey has been an incredible one, when we look back at all the wonderful childhoods we've been privileged to be a tiny part of we can't believe how very very lucky we are 💚

Our ethos at mini miners is to always encourage our children to explore, create, investigate and try themselves. As practitioners we have a responsibility to be responsive and sensitive to how much our children can do for themselves. #itsnotaboutusitsaboutthem

This morning some of our children paid a visit to our village cenotaph to pay our respects and lay our nursery wreaths. Thank you to those at the cenotaph this morning that were so very kind and involved them in taking part of the remembrance service. Lest we forget
