I'm sorry the site was down for so long, and thankyou to everyone who got in touch. I should probably give the code over to the community so it can be built on, anyone interested?

All you lot who aren't at school are hammering the tile server! It's doing its best to keep up, but you may have to be patient.

I think I've fixed it. Either it was a weird bug, or a very clever DDOS. Not sure which!

Seeing some issues on the mapping server, causing tiles not to be sent. Investigating.

Sorry for the downtime - hosting provider did updates for spectre and meltdown and I didn't realise.

Ahhh crap. 1.10 is a lot of work. :(

@cornflowerdavid yeah, it's a good idea - trying like mad to finish the overworld part of the 1.9 update first.

@jrsofty yep, stays on your machine and is decoded in JS.

@jrsofty minecraft saves your game periodically, the map reads your save and updates the pointer.

The massive console update has probably made MineAtlas console compatible! Thanks Elijah for the heads up, as I don't have a console.
