Adding to #paxlovidrebound my own numbers: started Paxlovid on day 2; tested negative on day 9,10,11; positive again on day 12 with fatigue and nasal congestion; just tested negative with no more symptoms today on day 17.

Same is true for a lot of #digitalhealth and “digital therapeutics” / “digiceuticals” #digitaltherapeutics #dtx claims of benefit for any treatment require RCT data vetted by independent third-parties/regulators.
Same is true for vast majority of other vitamin supplementation concepts: observational anecdotes of benefit aren't supported by randomized controlled clinical trial data... and yet it's a $150B market. Selling hope & hype via snake oil supplements is Big Business
