The DOJ is employing a bunch of clowns. And those clowns are in court making fools out of themselves.
Replying to @MacFarlaneNews
Judge Reyes asks Justice Department attorneys to formally acknowledge that she's NOT YELLING at them.. to avoid any further consternation DOJ won't do so Plaintiffs lawyer says clearly the judge is NOT yelling

What is New York going to do? I mean, New Amsterdam was previously used. Not to mention New England...

Another Russian ballistic missile attack came in several waves overnight, and once again, there was no early warning from our partners. They again targeted energy facilities and infrastructure, but a medical clinic, a school, a metro station, and ordinary residential buildings were also damaged. In total, the Russians launched 16 ballistic missiles in a deliberate attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. The Russians also launched more than 200 drones of various types, including jet-powered “shaheds,” with attacks spanning from the Kharkiv and Dnipro regions to the Volyn, Rivne, and Odesa regions. Sadly, there are casualties. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Those who were injured are receiving assistance. Overnight and this morning, Russia attacked energy facilities in the Vinnytsia, Volyn, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Kharkiv, Ternopil, Odesa, and Rivne regions. In this one night alone, more than 10 energy infrastructure facilities were damaged, and the lights went out for at least 550,000 families. Repair crews are working at the sites. Ukraine never wanted this war, and we have welcomed literally EVERY attempt by our partners to bring this war to a dignified end. We have responded positively to EVERY ceasefire proposal. Russia's response, time and again, has been ballistic missiles, “shaheds,” and killings. Putin not only doesn't want to end this war – he doesn't even want to take any steps toward de-escalation. EVERY ONE of our partners has experienced this firsthand when they heard Russia's refusals. And it is crucial to call things what they are. To call the aggressor an aggressor and help Ukraine defend lives. When deliveries of missiles for Ukraine's air defense are blocked while Russia is granted relief or delays in sanctions, this is, unfortunately, a denial of reality on the part of our partners. The reality is that the war continues, and it continues solely because of Russian strikes and Russia's desire to drag this war out. I thank everyone who recognizes this reality and helps Ukraine!

WELKER: What do you say to voters who say they're struggling and want change? BESSENT: Well, why don't we revisit the Biden-era policies WELKER: President Trump has been in office now for 636 days, and inflation was at 3% when he took office, it's 3.7% now. At what point does the administration take responsibility?

What an incredible line for Democrats to use whenever Vance runs for the presidency. Not going to say that this kills his candidacy outright, but given just how massively prevalent corruption now is in American politics, this is a gargantuan albatross now around his neck.
JD Vance: "I've not seen a single shred of evidence that Donald Trump participates or sanctions in that corruption ... I've not once seen evidence that Donald Trump has enriched himself"

Huh?
BRENNAN: Fox had a poll showing 6 in 10 respondents are extremely concerned about govt corruption. AP had one saying 6 in 10 believe Trump is illegally profiting from the presidency. How do you counter the perception that Congress has not pushed back on the president? REP. MIKE TURNER: I think Congress has pushed back

The audacity. @MikeRogersForMI thinks we’re better off economically BECAUSE OF THE TARIFFS. Do you feel better off? He won’t break with Trump on a single thing.
BASH: Would you say Michiganders are better off economically now than they were before President Trump took office again? MIKE ROGERS: Well, our long-term prospects, yes (That's a no!)

In his post announcing the deal Trump said "Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 Tons of Diesel Fuel to the American and Global Marketplace, another 500,000 Tons during the month of November, and 1,000,000 Tons immediately thereafter." Now his energy secretary says they don't have diesel to export?
WRIGHT: The president is putting pressure on that's a step forward for peace in the Russia-Ukraine war BASH: So now the US stance is to pressure Ukraine, not Russia? WRIGHT: Oh, this is pressuring Russia. Russia does not have diesel to export. The only way they can get diesel to export is to turn down the conflict with Ukraine. This is quite innovative, actually.

Buffett on Trump — "Where did Donald Trump go wrong? The big problem with Donald Trump was he never went right. He basically overpaid for properties, but he got people to lend him the money. He was terrific at borrowing money. If you look at his assets, and what he paid for them, and what he borrowed to get them, there was never any real equity there. He owes, perhaps, $3.5 billion now, and, if you had to pick a figure as to the value of the assets, it might be more like $2.5 billion. He’s a billion in the hole, which is a lot better than being $100 in the hole because if you’re $100 in the hole, they come and take the TV set. If you’re a billion in the hole, they say “hang in there Donald.”

JD Vance makes excuses for white nationalists: "When you demonize a guy because he's white, it's just as evil as when you demonize a guy because he's Black. When you demonize a guy because he's white ... some people will get radicalized into some very dangerous ideas."

Most of the 2026 early voters in NC voted in 2024, but about 10k of them did not. White voters account for 66% of those 2024/2026 voters, but only 53% of the non-2024 voters (a long way of saying the new voters in NC are disproportionately voters of color).
