Bloomin’ heck. I remember the RD&E’s RoATP reapplication like it was yesterday, probably because it near enough was yesterday 🙄 Don’t the Govt realise providers have enough going on right now? There must be other ways of identifying and dealing with concerning providers. – at Exeter, England

Re-apply – again! Anger as @ESFAgov tells 1400 apprenticeship providers to make fresh application to the register : feweek.co.uk/2021/02/12/re-a… via @FEweek

Whilst absolutely supporting the @ESFAGov position for needing a high-quality apprenticeship training provider base the timing of this #RoATP refresh is extremely unhelpful in the current climate. Plus, there was a full refresh with tougher criteria not that long ago... @AELPUK

Furlough deadline of 10 June huge factor as training provider staff will be made redundant unless @educationgovuk acts quickly, @10DowningStreet
Quotes AELP questioning why @educationgovuk were "struggling to make the connection between maximising the number of apprenticeship opportunities for young people & ensuring that the country’s training infrastructure is at maximum capacity to help create those opportunities".

So, @BorisJohnson wants us to be economically dynamic when the time allows us to get fully moving again. @RishiSunak @SteveBarclay @hmtreasury really not helping with their dogged determination to wipe out 1000’s of #ForgottenLtd businesses and their millions of jobs🤷‍♂️

Writing to Mogg now. He said we will have to wait till Treasury questions, which is ages away and is a lottery - ie no guarantee we will get to raise it. I am not a happy bunny today 🤬 This Tory Govt are really letting you down. Will keep fighting for you!
