This really is your last chance for the Companion Pass from two credit cards. However, it will only be valid through 2027.
You must be approved by that Dec 2, not apply by that date, so don’t wait until the last minute in case you have to call the reconsideration line if your approval is not instant.
In short, you have one last chance at this via credit card bonuses and it will be valid for all of 2027 .
NOTE: I did confirm with senior leadership at Southwest that, as most thought from the FAQs, that there is no path whatsoever to use card bonuses for a Companion Pass through 2028. I couldn't edit the post from yesterday, thus the new post.
