Hit me up for a side bar on that article Larry. (Please and thanks). The Airspy R2 is king of Iridium decoding and satdump has changed the Inmarsat STDC decode game and is making inroads to L-Band ACARS once the sole domain of Jaero.

Thought to be KOSMOS 2496 sat with steady falling doppler on 389.300 MHz and falling. Also transmits on 290.950 with parallel signal. 1726z Armagh, N Ireland.
