GREAT players never need to be begged, negotiated with, threatened or bribed to do the work. They WANT to work hard because they know what leads to big gains. Gains equals a better player on & off the court. If someone has to beg you, you might need to reconsider your commitment!

Life doesn’t care... about your feelings how talented you are how hard you work about your obstacles, setbacks or doubts that you do more than others Life promises nothing, but giving your all & working hard makes you resilient, resourceful & ready when your opportunity arises!

Everyone wants a coach who’s passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, but none of that determines a coach’s true worth. The best coaches are the ones who grow their players by impacting/improving not only their players’ performances & abilities, but also their lives & their futures!
