"Special unlocks" transfer between saves regardless of Rebirth, and regardless of being new or old saves. Earn something new on save 2 that wasn't on save 1? Save 1 will now have it. Things like Mamba Mentality, Perks, Perf Mults, On Court Coach, MyPoints Accel., etc #NBA2K24
