Tough teams do 3 things better than everyone else:
1. They communicate
2. They hold each other accountable
3. They keep showing up, no matter what
It’s not just a mindset.
It’s your standard.
Let's go!
First year starting. Sophomore season. Took the opportunity and ran with it—1000 All purpose yards and 18 Touchdowns!
Earned every snap, made every moment count. Just getting started.

“I want guys to run Track in the Spring. It’s hard to manufacture that level of competition. It’s You vs. the Clock. When you get out on the track and compete you’re going to get better.”
