Why the delay? You try mastering the audio of a mumbling, incoherent drunk.
There's a lot about corporate Vegas to be angry about but not getting comped drinks when you're not actively gambling is a dumb hill to die on.
This trip had one special highlight. It's funny being an uncle to a nephew. They think the world of you until teenaged years & then you start to question if you're the "cool" uncle anymore.
My nephew is now 21 & this was his first trip with his uncle. Pretty sure I'm cool again.
Mandalay Bay at the high end is a relic of 90s luxury, victim of the remaining vapors of a family-friendly Vegas era. It has the facilities to compete where it counts 🧵
