I am pleased to share that the paddle board and items associated with the Great Lakes crossings, have a new home at The Canadian Canoe Museum, where they will be used to educate on mental health, disability, teamwork and community.
I told Spencer. ‘This is your first fall, and I think you will love it.’ So far it’s been a lot of fun playing in all the leaves and enjoying the fall colours. Happy Fall. Happy Sunday. 🍂🍁
Today I spoke to the Mirvish Productions teams and after m, I had a very cool behind the scenes tour of the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre. It was pretty cool to experience it and learn more about the history of the building.

This morning I am rehearsing. I always rehearse before giving a talk but this is a bit different as on Tuesday I will be singing in a keynote for the first and last time. I am not a singer at all. It’s for a very well known and loved Canadian organization. This will be a one off

I learned how to use a delivery stick in curling! A delivery stick solves the biggest barrier that people with mobility & balance challenges face in curling By changing how a stone is thrown, it opens up the sport to players who otherwise wouldn't be able to step onto the ice 🥌
Had an amazing first time curling! Because I have challenges on different surfaces the club showed me supports for adaptive curling and it went really well. No falls! 🥌

A great day for a great cause! It was fun joining the racers at Participation House Markham, and welcoming all the runners, walkers and wheelers as this years race starter with my trusty side kick. Congrats to all the participants for raising over $30,000 in the half marathon!
