Reality has a way of settling these debates.
If AI doesn’t create value, people won’t use it.
If it does, they’ll use it regardless of what Twitter thinks.
I get it. Hating on AI is the cool thing to do and gets you viewership/clicks/hits on the social media platforms.
When it comes to the grifters ripping off others blatantly and creating without depth - go for it. Tear them apart.
However, AI is being integrated into software and services that support nearly every online creative's workflow. I encourage you to test with it.
If the tools don't work for you, then leave them in the past and continue doing you (knowing that you speak from experience-based authority).
But considering the investments aren't stopping, speak with your creative authority and authenticity through example instead of text-based megaphoning.

This is a nothingburger. Third-party ad firms help sell Twitch ads internationally in markets where we don't have direct sales teams. Unfilled inventory means $0 to creators. More demand sources means more revenue flowing to streamers in those regions. That's it. That's the story.
The sudden concern about “authentic engagement” in streaming is always interesting considering how much manufactured hype, fake win narratives, and deeply questionable paid clipping ecosystems have been normalized around gambling content for years.
The loudest accusations usually come from the people who benefit most from muddying the conversation.
