All collaboration vendors should have the type of map from concept to execution on their product. A needed companion map would be the employee adoption pillars (engagement, teaming, community, communications, champion omg etc). #SlackFrontiers
This is the most diverse (fragmented) time in the collab market in 20 years. Vendors entering from adjacent markets create combinatorial synergies with more biz focus. Choice is great but end users have to collectively decide on tools and IT management is tougher #SlackFrontiers

Idea. When the Outlook message is pushed to Slack, generate a “reply all” to the email recipients with a notification that the conversation has moved and a button to reply into the Dlack channel. It’s a polite nudge to join Slack too. Maybe it does this already? #SlackFrontiers
