#49ers have a 3-game lead in the loss column over both the Rams and Seahawks with wins over both teams on the road.
Looong ways to go this season, but couldn’t have asked for a better start in their division.

Coach Entz says of the Red Wave on Saturday: “I need to give my applause and appreciation. They did a tremendous job. They were loud when they needed to be loud. They were quiet when they needed to be quiet. Our players were feeding off their energy.”

Brock Purdy currently has the highest passer rating in NFL history among quarterbacks with at least 50 starts.
He’s also just 5 attempts away from the 1,500-attempt minimum for the official all-time leaderboard. Even if he goes 0-for-5 with 5 interceptions on those throws, he’d still sit above Lamar Jackson and everyone else as the highest-rated passer in NFL history.
The cushion is that big.

“If Purdy was drafted No. 3 overall, within 4 or 5 games, we’d say [the 49ers] NAILED it.”
@JohnMiddlekauff on why Brock Purdy’s draft position continues to overshadow his GREATNESS with the undefeated 49ers.

One really bad call (grounding) and one really bad break (Seattle TO) and Purdy still delivers a TD + 2pt conversion. That was special.

All Brock on that 2pt conversion. My goodness. I'm so disgusted at some of the 49ers fans comments about this kid going up against one of the best defenses of all time today. Shame on you all. And I'm not talking about criticism which I do every game #FTTB

Good things happen when Willmack scores 🔥🦈
The Sharks are 32-19-5 in games where both Will Smith and Macklin Celebrini notch a point.
