It's so much harder for someone with family commitments to hit that milestone, big congrats!
Whats everyone using to film with? Osmo Pocket 3 seems pretty good? Have one laying around somewhere
Needed for filming Youtube videos, not really streaming

You can replace an entire marketing team with a tool that costs <$50 a month
The future is now.

Have you found any creators with winning slideshows or popular niches? I just plug them into fypnow and let it copy their slideshows
This might be the scariest thing to do as a founder
I'm increasing my pricing for my lowest tier
But weirdly i'm not worried at all
My cheapest tier is less than half of every competitor I have, I never bothered to increase prices even after feature parity and then some
I've added so many features since I launched, I genuinely think it's way too cheap. Let's see how it goes 🤷♂️ next up is to reduce it to 3 tiers
This week, 143 TikToks hit 1M+ views from accounts with under 1,000 followers.
no ads. no audience. no team.
i pulled them into one swipe file, plus the Claude prompts to make yours. free 👇
@alishaofficial675: 1.5K followers, 3.8M views (2,602x her audience)
@_stephvnxx: 1.1K followers, 2.2M views
(bookmark this)
followers don’t decide reach anymore. the format does.
so i ranked every video by one number: views ÷ followers.
use this prompt in Claude with fypnow connected:
“Use get_niche_videos for [niche]. Keep only creators under 1,000 followers. For each, give me the hook, format and why it travelled. Then write me 3 videos using the top pattern.”
inside the swipe file:
→ every video, ranked by views ÷ followers
→ hook type and format for each
→ what the winners have in common
→ the top sounds, linked
→ the Claude prompts. fill the brackets, run
they had no audience. you don’t need one either.
comment “VIDEOS” and i’ll send it (follow me so i can DM)

I'm surprised it took this long to get noticed in the Middle East with what you're building:
- huge expat population
- very friendly towards crypto adoption
- lots of remittance going out and in

yeah it's the reality all founders will eventually face. It's great to have a vps running somewhere for $5 a month but when you have services people rely on, your reputation and availability is what keeps customers
Just a problem a lot of indie hackers haven't faced til now
(i used to have a PaaS hosting thousands of apps at scale and built it on AWS for this reason)

Honestly this is why i went AWS from day 1
Can build disaster recovery across multiple regions with the click of 1 button and have 1000s of managed services available to help you scale
Automate your content ideation by finding viral videos on autopilot and being told WHAT to create from proven viral videos instead of guessing to go viral
Here is the exact playbook to reduce the amount of hours you spend finding content for your clients through automation 🤖
I swear there was like 73 people going when i signed up. Now theres 1000+ and i’ve somehow been cut
What was even the criteria to make the cut? 😂@marclou @cognition
The entire fypnow.com team (me) will be at the Indie hackers meetup next week hosted by @marclou in Dubai 🇦🇪
Anyone else from Dubai going??

We really are at day 0 here
Keen to see what it looks like 30 days from now if you keep pushing

Couldn’t have said it better tbh, it’s a big push from 1 to 100 but really boils down to how badly they want it to work as a founder
