After months without income, I've worked 24/7 to win new business. Then @CashPlus block customer payment into my account because I'm over my maximum amount. A week later, they still have not approved my limit and my account is on hold. How is this customer service? Next stop, BBC

Thanks #GWRhelp - your new train timetable means I can no longer commute to work. Bringing forward the train times from Reading to Aldermaston means I miss the connection, and switching from 20 to 60 minute interval means I end up being an hour late. How is this an improvement?

Ah. It appears to be official policy for @NissanLEAF owners to be second class citizens at @BristolStMotors. Glad to have cleared that up.
How come it has taken @BristolStMotors Derby half an hour and counting to move their demo LEAF so I can recharge?
