Ciarán and I are working on a feature that allows you to use vendor armor and collection exotics. For me, this is especially interesting for zero-waste builds. A few things are still left todo, but then I can deploy the first version to the beta.

➡️ A small info thread: Exceptions in the armor generation. The original thread was about legendary armor. But what about exotic armor and other exceptions? tl;dr: - Exotics may have 1-3 extra points. - Some exotics overwrite your ghost mod. - There exist a few exceptions. 1/4

A small info thread: How does Destiny 2 generate our legendary armor? tl;dr: We have a short predefined list of stats, pick four and sum them together. The list can be affected by different things like Ghost mods, Pit of Heresy and High Stat Armor. 1/9

4/4 Exceptions Rarely, there are armor pieces with 40+ points in a single stat. This happens when the first group receives 3 plugs, and the 2nd group only 1. by my knowledge, this only happens to Hunter War Mantis Gauntlets, and it happened to Lightkin Armor in one week (fixed).
