🚨 BREAKING: Gina Hinojosa is suing Greg Abbott for violating public records law to hide his emails with Elon Musk.
Ken Paxton as AG redacted all but 200 of 1,374 pages after Abbott argued the conversations between him and Musk are "intimate and embarrassing."
Hinojosa alleges the emails might cover tax incentives for Musk's companies, data center development, broadband deals, and more.
She's asking the court to force Abbott to unredact the remaining 1,174 pages.

«Вирва, здавайся!» — кричали росіяни біля зруйнованого українського бліндажа. Вони вже знали її позивний. Після кількох атак, отруйного газу та потужних вибухів окупанти сподівалися, що українські воїни більше не чинитимуть опору.
Але контужена Олександра Давиденко відмовилася здаватися. Поруч лежали двоє поранених побратимів. І вона вирішила витягнути їх звідти живими.
12 березня 2025 року. Донеччина, поблизу Спірного.
Троє нацгвардійців — Олександра «Вирва», українець «Шустрий» та колумбієць Піньйо — тримають оборону проти групи російських штурмовиків.
Окупанти закидають їх гранатами. Олександра веде вогонь і допомагає пораненим.
Тоді росіяни скидають із дрона гранату з хімічною речовиною. Жінка встигає частково зупинити поширення газу, але сама вдихає отруту. Попри запаморочення й нудоту, продовжує бій.
Наступний скид руйнує бліндаж. Олександру відкидає вибуховою хвилею.
До тями вона приходить лише через 2 години.
Обидва побратими непритомні. Колумбієць лежить під завалами із сильно травмованою ногою.
Олександра насилу витягує його з-під колод, фіксує ногу, дає знеболювальне.
Близько опівночі росіяни повертаються. Вимагають здатися, але самі наблизитися до бліндажа не наважуються.
Вирва відмовляється.
Тоді окупанти скидають на укриття протитанкову міну. Новий вибух. Нова контузія.
Олександра знову непритомніє. Але, прийшовши до тями, перевіряє стан побратимів, зброю та боєприпаси.
Дві доби вони залишаються під завалами. Без зв'язку, майже без води.
У ніч на 14 березня Вирва разом із Шустрим починають розкопувати вихід.
Щойно Олександра вибирається назовні, по ній відкривають вогонь двоє росіян.
Вона миттєво відповідає автоматною чергою. Обох окупантів знищено.
Олександрі вдається відновити зв'язок зі штабом. З останніх сил вона виводить поранених побратимів до сусідньої української позиції.
Обидва вижили.
А ще кілька років тому Олександра Давиденко працювала журналісткою в рідному Запоріжжі. Розповідала на радіо про українську культуру, письменників і митців.
Її виховувала бабуся в селі на Запоріжжі. Змалку Олександра звикла до важкої праці, доглядала худобу, працювала на городі. Любила читати, особливо книжки з історії України.
«Кожен вибір, тобто дія або бездіяльність, мають свої наслідки. Мене викувала непроста доля, тяжка праця і виживання, яке стало моєю зоною комфорту. Для мене нічого святішого за піхоту не існує! Вижити на фронті – це вже досягнення, особливо на Покровському напрямку. Допомагають досвід та інтуїція, віра і впертість, а головне – небажання здаватися», — розповідала Олександра.
У 2020 році Олександра пішла до Нацгвардії. А після початку повномасштабного вторгнення майже 2 роки домагалася переведення в бойовий підрозділ.
У 2024-му нарешті стала піхотинцем батальйону «Свобода» бригади «Рубіж». Перша ж ротація на позиції тривала 41 день.
Свій незвичайний позивний отримала після одного з російських обстрілів. Побачивши величезну вирву, Олександра вигукнула: «Оце вирва!». Побратими вирішили, що саме так її й називатимуть.
Згодом вона стала старшим кулеметником. За даними Нацгвардії, протягом бойових виходів у 2024–2025 роках знешкодила близько взводу російських військових.
24 березня 2026 року Олександрі Давиденко присвоїли звання Героя України з врученням ордена «Золота Зірка».
Вона стала першою жінкою в історії Національної гвардії України, удостоєною цього найвищого державного звання.
Та особливо вражають слова, якими Олександра пояснила своє рішення не здаватися навіть тоді, коли сама була контужена, отруєна газом і ледве трималася на ногах.
«Я їх завела на позицію і мала їх звідти вивести».

Gas is bought & sold globally, so the reality is, fossil fuels controlled by dictators have Britain in a chokehold til we fully embrace gas-free driving & heating and cut the link between electricity and gas.
BUT, fwiw, getting gas locally is still the right move while we’re transitioning off it. It’s a bit cleaner and brings jobs and tax revenue to Britain.

Melanoma in America, 1975 to now.
- Diagnoses: up sixfold.
- Deaths: flat.
- Stage zero diagnoses: up fiftyfold.
- Share of white women's melanomas now judged overdiagnosed: 65%.
- Share of white men's: 50%.
- Sunscreen use: rising the whole way.
- Seed oil consumption: rising the whole way.
The diagnoses went up because the checks did. More skin exams, a lower bar for cutting a mole out, and a pathologist with no agreed line between a mole and a cancer, who knows which way the lawsuit runs if he guesses wrong. Every diagnosis becomes a survivor, every survivor sends her friends for a check, and the checks find more.
The deaths are the number that matters, and they did not move. Forty years of factor fifty, hats and shade, and the disease kills the same number of people it did when your mother lay on the lawn in baby oil. If the sun were the problem, that line should have fallen with every bottle sold.
The sun is the same sun. The skin changed. Over those same decades the share of linoleic acid in the average American's body fat more than doubled, and skin is made of that fat. Polyunsaturated fat is the part of you that oxidises in sunlight.
Six times the biopsies, six times the sunscreen, and the same number of graves, because the thing that burns was never in the sky. It was in the deep fryer.

Time to seriously talk about Elon’s deportation.
Elon’s brother on video said, they both were illegals. Elon was on a student visa, but didn’t go to college. Stanford, his acceptance university, doesn’t have any records of his enrollment. In those situations when a student visa is not followed, the individual gets deported. But not Elon. He illegally worked, overstayed his student visa, and broke American laws, until the startup company gave him some kinda work permit. If he was truthful in his naturalization application that he overstayed his student visa, and broke the immigration laws, he’d never would have been granted naturalization citizenship. His naturalization application must be pulled out, and the information there must be examined to see if Elon whether withheld crucial visa status information, or he lied. Either way, those are deportable offenses.

Breaking: Trump sued the BBC. Now they are making a new request to bring in Jack Smith, and the evidence he collected. Now evidence from the January 6 case that never reached a jury, which was not publicly released, could be aired in court.
Trump filed his defamation lawsuit after the BBC aired a documentary that combined separate parts of his January 6 speech. He claimed the edit falsely made him appear to tell supporters to go to the Capitol and fight.
The BBC is now seeking testimony from former special counsel Jack Smith, the prosecutor who charged Trump over his effort to overturn the 2020 election. It also wants records tied to the January 6 investigation.
Smith’s federal case accused Trump of using false fraud claims to pressure state officials, assemble fake electors, pressure Vice President Mike Pence, and exploit the January 6 attack to stay in power. Trump was never tried. The case ended after his 2024 election, when Justice Department policy barred prosecuting him as a sitting president.
But Trump’s civil lawsuit has opened discovery. The BBC can seek documents, depositions, and testimony relevant to whether its reporting was true and whether Trump can prove actual malice.
The BBC’s lawyers have argued that Smith’s evidence goes directly to the heart of Trump’s claim: what Trump was doing on January 6, what he said, what he knew, and whether the documentary conveyed a substantially true account of the day.
Trump wanted damages from the BBC. Instead, he may have opened a courtroom door to evidence from the January 6 case that never reached a criminal jury.
Thank you to the BBC for using Trump’s case against him to expose the truth about him.
