ALT Cover all of your home’s windows with board or permanent storm shutters. Bring loose, lightweight objects inside that could become projectiles in high winds (e.g., patio furniture, garbage cans). Anchor objects that would be unsafe to bring inside (e.g. propane tanks). Keep your car’s gas tank full; stock your vehicle with emergency supplies.

ALT “I enjoy collaborating with and building strong, trusting relationships with people all around the world. I also really enjoy working towards and implementing solutions that minimize or eliminate manual touch, that drive process efficiency and consistency, and result in high standards for data integrity.”

ALT “My favorite part about my role is collaborating with peers and others across different business groups to ensure Microsoft has the best and most efficient background screening program possible. I also enjoy working to ensure that all new hire candidates meet MS standards for employment; and contributing to the overall goal of hiring people who do not pose a risk to the company and who are in line with Microsoft's core values.”
