I really love this design philosophy. Taking a simple flamethrower and giving it multiple effects and modes makes the gameplay feel so nuanced. It definitely makes players want to try out more weapons and see what they can do.😉

Spot on! Empty space makes the ecosystem feel way more alive when it finally kicks in. Glad we share the same dev philosophy!😉❤️

Exactly! We see those background systems as "planetary ecosystem mechanics" coming in mid/late game. For early game, we focus on the lonely feeling of a new planet using a mostly black palette with sparse white. Thanks for reminding us to prioritize this!😉

Thanks for the question! Yep, we definitely don't want to make just another standard explore-and-collect game. To be honest, the current demo is a bit limited—it only covers the prologue/spawn area, and a lot of content is still in development.

the Matrix vibe is sick! But making it just a toggleable post-process filter seems like a missed opportunity. What if it’s a special detective mode that reveals extra data or hidden stuff? Would be way cooler!

Thanks! Those were our first iterations, actually. We've since updated them, but glad you like the clean look!
