很多平台把拿到 MiCA 牌照当成保命符，但合规从来不是一劳永逸的通关，而是高昂常态化成本的开始。拿牌只是买到了入场券，后续的法律、风控、审计和做市要求，每一样都是“吞金兽”。
对于资金链不稳的中小型交易所，硬咬牙拿牌可能反而成了加速烧钱的陷阱。未来1-2年，欧洲市场不会因为 MiCA 而百花齐放，反而会迎来一波因为“养不起牌照”而引发的并购或退出潮。

🚨 INSIGHT: Gate (@Gate) Europe CEO Giovanni Cunti says crypto companies that secured MiCA licenses before the deadline aren't necessarily guaranteed long-term survival in Europe's current crypto environment.
“I think there are going to be quite a few more of the ones that acquired a MiCA license that will not be capable to sustain the cost and the resources that are needed to carry on this business in the long term.”
